1. What data we collect
About you as a customer: name, email, phone number, and password (stored encrypted). About your store: name, allowed origin, brand color, welcome message, and the information you upload so the chatbot can answer questions. About your site’s visitors: the messages they type in the chat and usage stats (number of conversations, pages they were redirected to), so the chatbot can respond and so we can show you reports.
2. Who we share data with
We use external providers to run the service: Anthropic processes chat messages to generate the chatbot’s replies; Stripe processes payments for paid plans; we use an IP geolocation service (ipapi.co) to detect a visitor’s country and show the right language. We don’t sell your data or your visitors’ data to third parties.
3. Cookies
We use a session cookie (auth_token) to keep you signed in to the dashboard, and a language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE). We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
4. How long we keep data
We keep your account and store data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you can ask us to delete your data by emailing us.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or your store’s data, at any time by emailing contacto@tutiendaonline.app.
6. Children
The service is intended for online store owners (business use), not for minors.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If changes are substantial, we’ll notify you by email or within the dashboard.
