1. The service

Chatbot IA (operated by tutiendaonline.app, contact: contacto@tutiendaonline.app) is an AI-powered chat widget you install on your online store. It answers your visitors’ questions based on the information you provide, and can redirect them to specific pages on your site.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or that are used fraudulently.

3. Plans and billing

We offer a free plan with a monthly conversation limit, and paid plans (Pro and Business) billed monthly in USD through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically each month; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t offer refunds for partial periods, unless required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights, in your store’s information. We reserve the right to suspend service to sites that abuse it or put shared infrastructure at risk.

5. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The chatbot relies on third-party AI models; its responses may contain errors and shouldn’t replace human review for sensitive matters (payments, health, legal topics).

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages, lost sales, or lost data resulting from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are substantial, we’ll notify you by email or within the dashboard.
